FUNDRAISER AGREEMENT

Reserve Your Fundraiser Night at Chapman’s Can-Am Motorsports Park for the 2010 Racing Season

Benefits: In consideration of doing at Fundraiser at Can-Am Motorsports Park,

Can-Am Motorsports Park agrees to provide the following:

A)    Fundraiser Night for the 2010 Season to include:  (500) Free General Admission passes

B)    Prices for General Admission tickets can be sold at the discretion of the Fundraising Organization

C)    The right to display pre-approved signage on the Fundraiser night.

D)    VIP victory lane photos on the Fundraiser night.

E)     Public address announcements all throughout the Fundraiser night.

F)     Fundraiser Night sponsorships are on a first come first serve basis
