$750 SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Reserve Your Night at Can-Am Motorsports Park for the 2011 Racing Season

Benefits: In consideration of the payment made to Chapman’s Can-Am Motorsports Park, Can-Am Motorsports Park agrees to provide the following:

A)    One Sponsorship Night for the 2011 Season to include: (10) Tower passes and (30) General Admission passes.

B)    The right to display pre-approved signage on the Sponsor Night.

C)    VIP victory lane photos on the Sponsor Night.

D)    Public address announcements numerous times on your Sponsor Night

      E)  Company logo and/or link on web pages www.canammotorsports.com
