SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Reserve Your Night at Can-Am Motorsports Park for the 2010 Racing Season

Benefits: In consideration of the payment made to Can-Am Motorsports Park,

Can-Am Motorsports Park agrees to provide the following:

A)    One Sponsorship Night for the 2010 Season to include: (10) Tower passes and (100) General Admission passes.

B)    Food and Beverage included for the 10 Tower Passes

C) The right to display pre-approved signage on the sponsor night.

D)    VIP victory lane photos on the sponsor night.

E) Press releases including company name and logo.

F)     Company name and logo to be used on all advertising and promotional material for the sponsor night.

G)    Public address announcements all throughout the sponsor night.

H)    Company logo and/or link on web pages www.canammotorsports.com
